Trainer's Credentials

All StarFront training courses will be presented by Stephen Levenderis, the designer and developer of the StarFront Program.

Stephen graduated from Wits University in 1987 with a BSc Engineering (Elec) degree. After working back a bursary, with Infoplan, the computer division of Armscor, he started his own company, Stargate Computing & Electronics in 1991.

From the very beginning, Stephen's passion lay in designing and developing computer software for South African businesses. One of the very first programs ever developed was an MS-DOS based costing program for the aluminium industry (known as PCS).

This initial program PCS has evolved over the last 20 years to what we now know as StarFront, the leading aluminium and glass cost and cutting program available in South Africa. The evolution of StarFront can be attributed largely to the excellent support and funding which Wispeco has brought to the party.

Stephen has developed several computer systems for various industries over the last 20 years which has given him an excellent insight into a variety of business practices and processes. Stephen approaches the training with total professionalism and ensures that each delegate leaves the course with a thorough understanding of StarFront.
